Adobe Digital Government Index

Adobe, the global leader in digital media and digital experience solutions, needed support educating state and local governments on the importance of modernizing government websites to provide critical services with a simple and efficient user experience.

Adobe developed the Digital Government Index for U.S. States to provide an analysis that guided governments in digitally transforming their services with a greater focus on inclusivity and personalization. The Index was meant to empower states to better understand and benchmark their digital experiences so they can identify strategies to better serve constituents.

Sage created an overview PowerPoint presentation that branded and synthesized their 2023 Digital Government Index for U.S. States findings. Sage then carried the design to a 2-page, front and back, document that highlighted key states and the findings of the report. This 2-page document is being used as a takeaway for conferences and events to quickly showcase the results and entice state and local government officials to contact Adobe to get the best and most extensive results. To achieve more awareness and to boost SEO for this report, Sage also coauthored a blog post about the findings.

Adobe later released the Digital Government Index for U.S. Cities and Counties as an extension of the larger Digital Government Index for U.S. States. Sage supported the extension by creating an additional 2-pager that highlighted the findings of that report.
