Bayard leads Sage’s Strategic Services group, which conducts our clients’ research, program planning, and analytics programs. Bayard has led global, national, and business-line messaging and branding efforts for clients that include:

Prior to Sage, Bayard led Verizon Wireless’ message strategy in public-sector outreach as well as rebranding / turnaround efforts at GTSI / UNICOM Government. He co-led Spirent Communications’ post-acquisition global rebranding; repositioning for the Produce Marketing Association; messaging for the Geneva-based Internet Society; messaging for education pioneers GoKnow and Learning Objects; and pre-M&A marketing direction for Classroom Connect, K12’s first successful Internet content provider.

Bayard holds an MBA with honors from Temple University in Philadelphia PA and both BA and BSBA degrees from Cleveland State University in Cleveland OH.
