Syed Ali – Controller
Syed Ali manages Sage’s accounting department and administers the company’s employee benefits program. In these roles, he leads Sage’s accounting team, provides financial reporting and forecasting, and maintains strong relationships with clients and vendors. Syed maintains a close watch on Sage’s financial health and works with leadership in making strategic decisions. Syed also works with external reporting agencies to maintain compliance and certifications.
Work Experience
Syed has been with Sage since 2009. Prior to Sage, Syed worked as a controller and senior accountant for organizations such as JDG Communications, the National Association of Home Builders, PE Systems, Management Concepts, CSG, Inc, and the United States Senate Federal Credit Union.
Academic Experience
Syed holds a BA in Finance from Southeastern University. Syed has also attended New York Institute of Technology.
