GSA MAS enlisted the services of Sage Communications to help promote the four pillars of its transformation initiative. The promotion targeted Master Contract Decision Makers, Federal Contractors, and existing MAS clients. The four pillars of the MAS transformation include competitive pricing, enhanced cycles, innovation, and stakeholder engagement.

Our process:
Sage developed a digital advertising campaign using a scientific theme to convey that GSA had a scientifically proven method to government procurement solutions. Each banner ad carried the common spirit of the campaign, but was tailored slightly for each audience.

This campaign will be in market from mid-August 2016 through the end of September 2016 and the advertising will be showcased in a variety of targeted digital government publications. Below are examples of each digital ad that will be in market during the fall of 2016:

As part of the MAS media negotiations, Sage secured an additional 744,000 impressions as added value. This equates to over $30,000 in additional exposure. Additionally, Sage expects publishers to over-deliver on what was negotiated, with exact numbers available upon completion of the campaign.
