Mike Shaughnessy

As Vice President of Sage Communications' Marketing Division, Mike brings more than ten years of client relations, advertising and interactive marketing knowledge to Sage. He is responsible for forging strong bonds with Sage's clients and works closely with them in the development of their marketing strategies and ensures that the execution of those plans exceeds client expectations. Mike is proficient with B2B and non-profit marketing strategies and implementation processes and brings his technical knowledge and a strong communications skill-set to the Sage team.

Prior to Sage, Mike served in a management role for two years with Missaticum, a full-service agency where he directed all facets of campaign strategy, coordination and implementation for the agency's technology, pharmaceutical and government clients.

Mike also spent more than four years with TMP Worldwide, one of the largest interactive agencies in the world and owner of Monster.com. As a project manager for the Interactive Services Division, Mike led the planning and project management of Web sites, high-end interactive presentations, email-based campaigns and CD-ROM promotions. His primary clients included Qwest/U S WEST, Midas, Children's Hospital Center and Corvis.

Earlier in his career, Mike was an Account Executive for Stackig Advertising and Public Relations where he managed large and complex recruitment advertising clients such as MCI WorldCom and SHL Systemhouse.

Mike earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Sociology from West Virginia University.
